It is official and from the horse's mouth. This ia a publication I got from page 27 of the Guardian Newspapers for February 8, 2010.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) wishes to inform all prospective candidates that the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), the single examination for admission to;

Polytechnics

Monotechnics

Colleges of Education

Specialised Institutions

Universities

Holds on Saturday April 17, 2010 nationwide and some Foreign centres.
The website for online registration closes on Monday February 15, 2010
